Product Management & Consulting

I’m a senior, certified Product Manager and Leader, with over 20 years of experience running very small to very large product teams, processes and operations.

Whether you are in the process of building a product team for your start-up, you’re scaling up your product, tech and design operations, or you simply want an extra pair of eyes to see how your product processes can be optimised, I can help.

01

Getting started

If you’re getting ready to set up a product management, technology and design organisation for your start-up I can help you assess your needs, set up the necessary tools, advise on initial hiring, and much more.

I’m used to working closely with architects as well, so I can also advise on areas outside of the traditional Product Management space.

01

Scaling up

A lot of companies struggle when the time comes to scale up their operations, especially when there is rapid growth.

I can guide you and your team through the of redistributing your team members into vertical or cross-functional teams, and not only in the product space.

03

Optimising

Sometimes you end up in a situation where things simply don’t work like they used to anymore. Processes become obstacles, people get frustrated, the old enthusiasm your teams used to have disappears, and your product and company suffers.

I can help you reinvigorate your organisation and get people excited and productive again.

Maternity & illness cover

Every once in a while you and your teams run into little speed bumps, and you need a little temporary boost.

Your employees should be able to rest assured that their jobs are secure in times when they need to prioritise family, health or other aspects of life.

I’m happy to join your team and make sure that your employees can rest easy, and your product and business don’t suffer.

Agile Coaching

Ready to go Agile?

I can help you and your teams transition to successfully working with Scrum or Kanban… and I will also honestly tell you if you’re better off sticking to the old ways. Agile isn’t a magic weapon after all.

Agile can be implemented in many different ways. Starting with Scrum too early or insisting on using it in times when the flexibility of Kanban is needed, can be as painful for teams as being stuck in the past.
